Cosmart is a membership club integrating community across the SCMP Magazine platforms: ELLE, ELLE Men, Cosmoplitan, Esquire, and Harper BAZZAR. In this year, I participated in rebranding past Cosmart with e-commerce platform Letzshop, to establish a new identity. From branding, building UI library, to adopting into various devices, to create a seamless and intuitive experience for members.

We designed a seamless, incentive-driven ecosystem where users voluntarily enrich profiles (sharing skin type, preferences) to unlock tiered rewards—turning data collection into mutual value. Drive a 32%+ increase in member sign-ups and 10% profile completion.

We keep on enhancing the registration flow, so we can increase the sign-up rate. Therefore, after launching we did customer surveys and analytics review via Hotjar, to find out pain points in the existing experience.
